With the first bearing mostly seated flip the wheel over and align the other bearing into the back of the wheel. Press down to seat the second bearing. Both bearings should now be on the skateboard truck axle.

Put one skateboard wheel on top of the bearing. Press the wheel towards the bearing till it comes into place. Then get the other bearing and place it in the hole of the topside of the wheel.
Again press the bearing into the wheel using your palm. Check the wheels and the bearings and adjust till they are in the proper place. Ball-bearing is not only suitable for smooth performance but also provides you quiet operation.
