Boat pulls to the right. My 2021 AR210 pulls to the right quite a bit when on a plane even though the boat itself seems level. If I want to stay on the same heading I have to hold the steering wheel to the left and the boat itself also tilts to the left in that case. I also have CobraJets on it.
Probably ok but check under the boat from the back and the front and look at the tracking fins and rudder. Fins should be straight and aligned the rudder will be offset prob to the right of the propshaft to allow propshaft removal. Check that nothing has been hit.

On some model motors there is a little skeg sticking down right above the prop. You can adjust this skeg to counter act it pulling hard to the right. I would definitely check the steering cables 1st.
